Bipartisanship, My Ass.

In the days leading up to President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address, dozens of lawmakers pledged to cross the aisle and sit with members of their rival political party during Tuesday’s speech.

Is this a step to bipartisanship, or just a way to spread the applause for POTUS Obama the Impotent Pantywaist Surrender Monkey? God forbid only one little corner would give His Arrogance any applause!

Does this mean that Congress will finally set down and discuss the issues, or just another way to help the Usurping Prevaricator get reelected by appearing to have wide congressional support? God forbid we should see the King Who Has No Clothes in a less than stellar light!

If you are so naive as to believe in partisan ship between the true Americans and those who would steal our Liberties and Freedoms that so many have fought and died for, if you are so stupid as to believe that one should sacrifice their principles on the alter of compromise with liars and cheats, then you need to get a new blog to read. You are beyond help, and there is absolutely no hope for you.

Why even Fox News feels that this attempted domination of Congress will fool anyone is beyond comprehension. Why do they promote the attempts of the Prevaricating Usurper to deceive the American people into believing that POTUS “has a new plan to make your life less painful”

I get regular mail from a Veteran and proud member of the American Legion. His tag line is: “A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both” Dwight D. Eisenhower

If you have any doubts about the current occupant of the White House and his minions, you need to see this video and listen to the song :  Mommy,  Mommy, OBAMA’S A COMMIE!

God forbid we be deceived by these lying commie progressives and let them steal our Liberties, our Freedom, our Country!

Wow, hard to believe, isn’t it!

According to a press release today from Obama Minion Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. slightly more than one third of the entire population of the United States of America will be denied insurance coverage, doctors and hospitals if n0bama healthscare is repealed.
Unbelievable!

Now, for the other side of the coin, here are some that, while are hard to believe, are true.

1. More homeowners have been denied than approved benefits for the Obama Homeowner’s Program to help struggling homeowners avoid losing their property. Said the GAO,  [it]“had a slow start and has not performed as anticipated.”

2. Barney Frank: Video: Barney Frank: Double-Dip Estate Tax Not Punishment Because Heirs Didn’t do Anything to Deserve It

3. China doesn’t want our money anymore? China’s President Hu Jintao said Sunday the international currency system was “a product of the past.” Hu’s comments, which came ahead of a state visit to Washington on Wednesday, reflected the continuing tensions over the dollar’s role as the major reserve currency. What, then, do they want? 3 guesses, first 2 don’t count.

4. Just in time for January and February heating bills, the Environmental Protection Agency took the unprecedented step of revoking a mining permit that it had issued four years ago to Arch Coal’s Spruce No. 1 Mine in Logan County, West Virginia. According to some critics, by changing the topography of the ridges of the coalfields, the practice is robbing mountaineers of their heritage. Environmentalists also claim that the rock and rubble from the mines kills fish, wildlife and pollutes water.

From the “our tree don’t fork” department, NYT: Tucson bias was in our very genes.

“Journalists developed automatic framing protocols generations ago because of the need to report quickly,” he said. “Today’s hyper-deadlines, requiring journalists to report all day long and all night long, made that genetic disposition even more dominant.”

I did not know all journalists came from the hills of Tennessee or Kentucky.

Erick @ Redstate said it best.

In talking about the tragedy in Tucson, Erick Erickson had this to say:

Through it all though, well meaning people on both sides of the ideological and partisan divide are not talking about the one thing that should be talked about — a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

I am no saint. And I am no preacher. This is not intended to be a sermon. But it needs to be said and is not being said. Thankfully God is the God of the imperfect and all of us are. In all the discussions we’re having, let’s not forget that bad things have happened throughout history, but we are seeing more and more a pattern of violence from those who reject Christ and we are seeing the most extreme rhetoric from those who reject the only real truth while embracing every other historic fad and nonsense as variations of truth. The one true way has been shunned, ridiculed, bastardized, co-opted, and buried over in psycho-babble nonsense, “find your own spirtual self” crap, and haphazard soul damning assorted other garbage

Well said. Thank you, Erick, for saying so well what needs to be said.
